Mimi has been my go-to person for rebalancing. Whether through yoga or massage, she is able to sense my heaviness. Around her I can breathe, let go and collect myself; an essential element to healthy mind, body and spirit.”

I have been both a yoga student and massage client with Mimi for many years. I really appreciate the way Mimi works with me and my knowledge and skills. She instinctively knows where to put pressure to release the knots that have built up – especially in my shoulders. She knows that I will use my yoga breathing techniques to help her release tension and encourages me to do so. Mimi allows me to either “visit” through our session, or to relax in complete solitude depending on my mood.

Mimi’s massage therapy has helped to reduce back ache symptoms and it feels really good. In both yoga and massage Mimi’s friendliness, questions, and attentiveness have served me well. I easily recommend Mimi to friends and acquaintances.

I look forward to each class as a time to take care of me and leave the rest of the work at the door. Mimi is an important part of my being able to do this. She is a teacher who goes to great lengths to make sure her students’ practice is safe, and within each student’s ability with appropriate modifications but still challenging. She stresses accepting where your body is today and focusing on your practice around that.
